Winback BACK3 TX : become more efficient thanks to the multi-frequency (TECAR + Hi-EMS + Hi-TENS)

The latest addition to the Winback range, the BACK3TX plays on multi-frequency with a dual core capable of producing three different currents, broadcasting several at the same time to obtain different effects simultaneously and thus speeding up the treatment. The benefit? Treatments are reduced from 20 to 15 minutes on average and are more effective than a classic single-frequency treatment. Today, Winback is reinventing non-invasive currents to activate the body's metabolism. Each selected frequency has known physiological effects that have long been recognized in the world of physiotherapy.

The Winback currents

The TECAR high frequency for metabolic action

The Winback TECAR current is a dynamic high frequency current between 300 KHz and 1 MHz. The benefits of the TECAR current are cellular, diathermic and analgesic. The wide range of frequencies of the Winback tecartherapy and the numerous accessories at disposal allow to act on all types of tissues and at different depths, allowing to obtain several effects

cellular action, pain relief and diathermy

Medium frequency Hi-EMS, for muscle recruitment

HI-EMS creates a modulated medium frequency current (MMF), stimulating superficial or deep muscles to obtain a virtually painless contraction. The medium frequency current (between 1.5 and 4kHz) has the property of decreasing tissue impedance. Hi-EMS integrates a second dynamic low-frequency signal (between 1 and 100Hz) which allows to stimulate the different types of muscle fibers. Its effect can be a targeted recruitment of deep muscles (focal) or a chain recruitment of superficial muscles (radial).

Hi-TENS low frequency, for better pain management

Hi-TENS is a pulsed high frequency signal (PHF) generating transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). Hi-TENS therapy uses specific waveforms in the 300kHz range to both eliminate skin resistance and deliver an analgesic signal, giving both immediate effects that are longer lasting than TENS and long-term effects through the release of endo-morphinomimetic substances. For acute pain, the effect will be immediate and direct through saturation of the nociceptors.) For chronic pain, the effect will be long-lasting, with a focus on the causes of the pain.

Multifrequency, for optimized treatments

The RET is a catalyst for the other currents, which acts as a booster on pain relief, muscular actions (contractures and drainage) and metabolism. The mixture of frequencies allows to take advantage of the best effects of each frequency band and to amplify them.

RET + Hi-TENS, a complete solution for pain management

Hi-TENS neurostimulation on nociceptive fibers will immediately reduce pain. RET diathermy releases the pressure on the nociceptors, which will resolve the cause of the pain. In acute pathologies, this combination of currents will help to manage pain and inflammation (for example in case of sciatica). In chronic pathologies, it allows for better management of pain and the healing process (for example, in tendinopathy).

RET + Hi-EMS, stimulation of muscular action, action on deep contractures and drainage

In this combination, the effects of RET are "shifted" to the contracted muscle (RET being initially more effective on harder tissues, such as joints). Hi-EMS muscle recruitment increases resistance, while RET diathermy focuses on resistance, thereby releasing targeted muscle tension.
For deep contractures, Hi-EMS deep muscle recruitment increases resistance and concentrates the effect of diathermy.
For drainage, deep diathermy induces vasodilatation and chain muscle recruitment generated by Hi-EMS, allowing to obtain a mechanical pumping effect.

RET + Hi-EMS + Hi-TENS, relaxing and analgesic

Finally, the combination of the three currents will allow their effects to be cumulated. The RET will thus act as a booster, both on the decontracting effect of the Hi-EMS current, and on the analgesic effects of the Hi-TENS current. This combination makes it possible to treat both the symptom and the cause, thus providing a long-term response to the patient's pathology, all in a rapid and efficient manner.
